Collecting issue for the conceptual/editorial questions from the Comenius Institute test report (https://pad.gwdg.de/HxKu-aPeSjWsUvBYta17zQ) that need decisions rather than code:

  1. Blog post vs. event misclassification — CI homepage content types are mixed; e.g. https://comenius.de/2026/06/15/portfolios-bauchlaeden-und-cashcows-werkstatt-zur-entwicklung-des-angebotsspektrums-von-familienbildungseinrichtungen/ is a date/event but published as a blog post. Guidance needed for importing such content.
  2. Open-access journals (e.g. forum erwachsenenbildung): not a learning resource, not a blog post — which type? Do we need a "publication/journal" modeling convention?
  3. Collection vs. single material — e.g. https://comenius.de/2003/03/01/veit/ — material or collection? Journal issues should ideally be modeled as individual contributions + reference to the whole issue.
  4. Cross-referencing — blog posts should be able to reference materials/collections (and vice versa).
  5. Cover image rights attribution — how to attribute copyright for cover images in previews (e.g. Waxmann covers where we hold usage rights): link to the source (legally safer) vs. upload with copyright note. Related: clickable preview images issue.
  6. Legacy content with unclear image rights — e.g. https://comenius.de/2016/09/15/eftre-konferenz_2016/ and https://comenius.de/2016/10/31/konzeptionelle_weiterentwicklung_kultursensible_familienbildung_2016/ — photographer unknown, staff member left, persons depicted. Process question (→ legal check with Jens).
